Rates
Enquiries welcome. Minimum stay 2 nights. Special discounted rates apply for longer term stays (7 nights or more). Please ask about these if longer term is what you require.

Rates include free use of car park and Leisure Centre (swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym).

Please note :

• Any lost or damaged items will be charged to your credit card
• If you are staying 1 month or more the electricity is capped to $100 per month. Anything over this amount will be charged as an extra cost.
• Only local phone calls are included and any extra mobile or toll calls will be charged separately.
• There will be no refunds for early departures and if arriving earlier than 4pm please arrange in advance as cleaners need to be advised and an extra day will be payable and bookings rearranged
• Minimum stay is 2 nights
• We do not have a reception area but meet and welcome each group on the day and give an orientation tour of the complex
• Any arrival times after 4pm, please advise in advance as this needs to be co-ordinated so that no-one is left waiting.

All rates INCLUDE General Sales Tax (GST - 12.5%)

To secure a booking, a 25% deposit with a minimum of 1 night’s deposit and maximum $500 is required at the time of booking, made with either Visa or Mastercard. All bookings must be confirmed one week in advance of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made within 1 month of arrival will incur the full cost of the booking. However, we will endeavour to rebook the days booked and any booking days rebooked will be credited. Cancellations made in advance of 1 month of the arrival date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be in writing.
