arrange in advance as cleaners need to be advised
and an extra day will be payable and bookings rearranged.
- Minimum stay is 1 week
- We do not have a reception area,
but meet and welcome each group on the day of arrival.
- Any arrival times after 4pm, please
advise in advance as this needs to be co-ordinated
so that no one is left waiting.
- To secure a booking, a 25% deposit
of the total cost is requi4red at the time of booking,
made with either Visa or Mastercard and balance payable
on arrival.

Cancellation
Policy:
Any cancellations made within 1 month of arrival will
incur the full cost of the booking. However, we will
endeavour to rebook the days booked and any booking
days rebooked will be credited. Cancellations made in
advance of 1 month of the arrival date will incur a
25% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be in writing.
